Customer Care Specialist mfd part-time 32h

General Description

In your role as Customer Care Specialist (m/f/d) you will be a brands representative as part of our CC team and responsible for the German and English speaking customer service.

Your Role

• Customer support: Together with your team colleagues you are the contact person for our (new) customers via email and chat and take care of the various inquiries about our products damage reports orders and much more.
• Crossfunctional teamwork: You work closely with internal teams such as Operations and Retail as well as external partners such as the Repair Center and shipping service providers
• Ownership: You act independently and think proactively to identify problems and suggest solutions.
• Feedback management: You collect and pass on customer feedback to support the continuous improvement of products and services.
• Projects: You take ownership of your own projects and responsibilities such as maintaining an internal knowledge database and ensure that these are implemented efficiently.
• Company representation: You represent Horizn Studios to the outside world and contribute to achieving the companys goals as an ambassador of Go Further.

Your Skills and Experience

• Ideally you already have experience in customer care or a similar position.
• Ideally you already have initial experience working with CRM systems databases ecommerce tools and/or customer service software.
• You are a communication talent you easily adapt to your conversation partner quickly grasp situations have a positive and friendly demeanor and can express yourself well.
• You have a strong service mentality and are a team player who enjoys building positive customer relationships supporting customers (and colleagues) and addressing and resolving problems and conflicts.
• You are detailoriented and meticulous and you remain focused even when handling multiple tasks simultaneously or dealing with repetitive tasks.
• You can support the team parttime (32 hours) on at least 4 days per week. The team appreciates your presence at the Berlin headquarters on 2 days per week.
• You speak very good German and English.
