Job Description
Position: Early Interventionist (Infant Development Specialist / Child Development Specialist) and nbsp;
Location: Recess Pediatric Therapy San Gabriel Valley to Greater Los Angeles Area and nbsp;
Employment Type: FullTime or PartTime (minimum 18 hours per week)

Position Overview:
Recess Pediatric Therapy is currently seeking an Early Interventionist to join our team. This role involves working with infants toddlers and children under the age of 3 in a homehealth setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in developmental therapy and a passion for helping young children achieve their developmental milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide appropriate lesson plans and treatment plans for children under the age of 3 based on their developmental levels and needs.
- Deliver services in the childs natural environment (home setting).
- Conduct initial intakes progress reports daily notes and communicate with supervisors regularly.
- Educate and guide parents on developmental strategies and recommend additional therapy services as needed.
- Utilize Developmental Assessment Tools (DAYC2 and amp; HAWAIIHELP).
- Write comprehensive developmental evaluations and treatment plans.
- Cover areas including Pomona Rowland Arcadia El Monte San Gabriel Pasadena and the greater Los Angeles area.
- Maintain current auto insurance and use a reliable car for travel.
- Lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with infants toddlers and children under the age of 3.
- Experience using DAYC2 and amp; HAWAIIHELP assessment tools.
- Experience writing detailed developmental evaluations and treatment plans.
- Prior experience providing therapy in home settings.
- Must have current auto insurance and a reliable vehicle.
