Service Coordinator
Location: Dallas Texas and nbsp;

As a service coordinator you will:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of service operations including scheduling dispatching and customer service.
- Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of services to customers.
- Monitor service requests and assign technicians to appropriate jobs.
- Closeout work orders and invoice daily
- Communicate with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates on service status.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests work orders and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Protect the companys value by keeping information confidential.
- Constantly update job knowledge.
- Adhere to RoofMasters policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
The candidate should possess:
- Valid Texas drivers license
- Bilingual English or Spanish is preferred.
- Strong recordkeeping and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Staying uptodate with services policies and regulations.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- 2 years of experience in service coordination or related fields.
- Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field

- Hourly Salary: $2$26 per hour. The compensation offered will be based on experience.
