You will be focusing on building and nurturing great client and candidate relationships to provide excellent talent selection and assessment. We expect you to be at the top of your game driven focused with a strong commercial acumen in mind paying attention to details that make a difference and ensuring quality in everything you do.

In this role you will:

• Work with active positions internationally with key large corporations

• Drive a quality sourcing and selection process for clients
• Coach and mentor other consultants

How you can BE Talented with us:

Number 1 priority: Have a Great personality a Smart thinking attitude and Amazing communication skills

For the rest:

34 years experience in recruitment for mid to top level positions

You will have strong experience in recruiting for roles in areas like Sales Finance Engineering or Pharma

You will have some experience working in a recruitment agency understand delivery & service pressure

Have a good commercial acumen building relationships as you will need to entice clients and candidates to work with you and encourage them to trust you

Motivated dynamic and driven to work towards greater things and achieve great client satisfaction

Strong interest in new technologies is a big plus

Fluent level of English to work with international clients candidates and colleagues.

Fluent in another language like German French Dutch or Swedish
