Sales Conversion Agent Arabic Speaker

TopTalent Recruitment Agency is excited to announce an incredible opportunity with a leading financial broker brand seeking experienced Arabicspeaking Sales Conversion Agents for their office in Mauritius.

Please note that only those with a minimum of 6 months of proven experience in sales conversion in the Forex industry will be considered seriously and proceed to the next stages of the recruitment process.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote the companys products and service
• Build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Influence and persuade others with a confident and articulate communication style and the capability to handle objections effectively.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets motivated by performance metrics and driven to deliver results.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs able to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic sales environment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Convert highquality leads into longlasting customers
• Increase chances of future sales
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
• Keep up to date with the financial markets
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Native/fluent in Arabic both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Previous experience (minimum 6 months experience) in same / similar role in Forex & CFD Industry is a MUST!
• Computer savviness
• Ability to work with deadlines & targets
• Management and mathematics skills
• Great objectionhandling skills
• Availability to start/join with the short notice
