Job Summary:

Role: AWS Tech Lead
Location: Charlotte NC
Job Type: Onsite Hybrid

Main Tasks: Lead the development of cloud services and platform solutions to host business applications develop cloudnative services and support LPLs cloud strategy and migration to AWS.
Responsibilities: Lead the design architecture and development of solutions using modern cloudbased architecture and tools redesign legacy systems to cloudbased solutions build scalable/resilient solutions participate in Scrum/Kanban delivery models and ensure proper instrumentation for overall observability of platforms and services.
Requirements: 5 years of experience with AWS services and Docker and Kubernetes 10 years of proficiency in a language like C# .Net Core and experience in fullstack development 10 years of experience with RDBMS technologies 3 years of experience in a lead role.
Core Competencies: Strong understanding of distributed/decoupled systems relational/nonrelational databases AWSs WellArchitected Frameworks modern work practices such as DevSecOps CI CD Agile project Delivery Release Engineering. Collaborative and experienced in handson technical leadership role.
Preferences: AWS certificate experience with confluent/MSK Kafka RDS specialization excellent communication skills ability to convey technical solutions to the entire organization experience working with senior leaders.
