Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new channel sales opportunities through cold calling networking and other lead generation activities.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs providing timely support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and maximize revenue growth.

Product Knowledge and Presentation: Deepen understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features benefits and value propositions to clients.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals in accordance with company guidelines and objectives.

Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends market developments and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and analysis to track performance against targets and inform decisionmaking.

Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams including Marketing Customer Success and Product Development to drive overall business success.
