Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather document and analyze business requirements.
• Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to develop and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Analyze data to support decisionmaking and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor business performance.
• Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Assist in project planning execution and monitoring to ensure timely and withinbudget completion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
• Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
