Position: Lead II Enterprise Solutions

Job Description:
- Seeking for a Senior Workday HCM & Compensation Consultant to lead support and provide guidance to our clients around the Core HCM Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules.
- They are expected to have a strong background in implementing and supporting global Workday HCM Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules in line with Workday methodology.
Responsibilities include:
- Support Workday deployments and AMS/production customers across HCM Compensation and Advanced Compensation Workstreams.
- Will need to be able to provide recommendations and best practices for global compensation and advanced compensation functionality (merit bonus and stocks).
- Lead design configuration migration testing and deployment of Workday HCM/Compensation and Advanced Compensation related work items while remaining flexible to clients changing needs.
- Act as a mentor and coach for less experienced team members.
- Supporting presales activities around scoping and SME around defined modules What you need:
- At least 57 years of handson Workday experience with 3 years of recent experience around implementing and supporting HCM Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation functional areas.
- HCM Comp and Advanced Compensation active certification (within last 2 years) is preferred to allow candidate to be added to Workday customer scorecard for project work.
- Ability to lead medium to large projects (acquisition phase X etc.) for the full project lifecycle in areas(s) of expertise from initial scoping/planning discovery design testing and go live/AMS support.
- Persuasive communication presentation and analytical skills with the ability to effectively work across internal teams while managing client and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience working with and leading offshore teams during projects and for ongoing support of abovementioned modules. This will require being able to take early morning and late evening calls to meet global stakeholders.
- Up to 25% travel may be required.
