The Electrical Test Engineer II provides technical expertise and support for electronic projects specializing in RF frequency electronics and impedance matching systems. The successful candidate will possess broad knowledge of analog and digital circuit design along with handson experience in embedded hardware and firmware testing and troubleshooting.

The Electrical Test Engineer II provides technical expertise and support for electronic projects specializing in RF frequency electronics and impedance matching systems. The successful candidate will possess broad knowledge of analog and digital circuit design along with handson experience in embedded hardware and firmware testing and troubleshooting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and support for electronic projects focusing on RF frequency electronics and impedance matching systems.
- Coordinate the launch of new/revised products into manufacturing ensuring all release criteria are met and training technicians and personnel on the electronic aspects of these products.
- Drive continuous improvement and offer design support for existing electronic products particularly PCBs. This includes updating or redesigning electronics to enhance manufacturability product lifecycle and quality.
- Develop and implement troubleshooting workflows for technicians and fieldservice engineers aiding as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the field service team and quality department to ensure field issues are not productionrelated and implement necessary changes to resolve any productionrelated issues.
- Communicate with suppliers to share failure information and enforce corrective actions when needed monitoring vendor performance as required.
- Represent sustaining engineering on crossfunctional teams ensuring consistent support and expertise.
Job Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Electrical Engineering or a related field with 3 years of relevant experience or an MS degree with 1 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong technical problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Design and analysis experience in analog and digital circuitry with a preference for expertise in RF frequency electronics and impedance matching systems.
- Highly desirable experience and knowledge in RF electronics.
- Proficiency in programming FPGAs and microcontrollers.
- Experience working with peripherals such as ADC/DAC SPI bus I2C nonvolatile memory and DRAM.
- Proficiency with KiCAD.
