Title: Technical Marketing Engineer or Solution Architect

Location: Santa Clara CA Hybrid/Onsite

6 Months Contract

Role:

The individual will be helping with the standardization of FA/FB content that is provided to customers so they can better understand all features and capabilities of Pures Platform. They will need to have a deep technical knowledge of storage and how it works in a customer environment. They will need to have strong writing and communication skills. Past experience as a Technical Market Engineer and equivalent would be required.

Skills we are looking for:

Broad overall datacenter and software knowledge required with significant enterprise technical depth in: compute and virtualization hardware/software networking and security

Technical Background in area such as NFS SMB and Block Storage

Ability to translate technical information into plain English to help sales team communicate to customers

Experience in generating various technical documents and reports including best practices guides and whitepapers

Ability to write and communicate in English

Strong knowledge of Unix Windows Linux and File Systems

Knowledge of shell scripting and Python scripting would be ideal

Past experience working with FlashArray and/or FlashBlade products is extremely desirable

Experience: Ideally at least 10yr of experience or more as a Technical Marketing Engineer or Solution Architect
