The main purpose of this role is to work in close collaboration with the operational team in order to instil a controlled environment with a high level of financial awareness.
Skills :
- Regular reporting and followup of financial health checks across the business
- Provide handson assistance to internal departments in order to resolve any queries
- Direct involvement in stock take variance reporting and investigations / noncompliance monitoring
- Highlighting of stock damages / anomalies to relevant parties
- Assist with month end and year end closings
- Routine monthly reporting as well as adhoc reporting requests
- Assist operational finance team in general administration and follow up
Health and Safety
- Participate in safety forums created by Soill for example safety meetings and safety talks
- Followup on any activities assigned through safety meetings / committees / representatives / management
- Report all safety incidents to the relevant people
- Attend safety education and refresher programmes
- Comply with safety policies and procedures at Soill
- Distribute safety information as and when required
- Wear protective clothing (where applicable) at all times
