CertaPro Painters of South Metro is the best in residential and commercial painting. We are looking for a motivated Commercial Sales Associate to join our team. You must be good at prospecting relationship building and working with a longer sales cycle to close large projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Estimating & Sales to Property Managers Facility Managers and Industrial Customers by initiating developing and growing commercial painting relationships
  • Prospecting cold calling and field networking to seek new business
  • Estimating on site and secure the deal
  • Develop and maintain our current business accounts
  • Participate in lunch and learns networking events industry events and tradeshows
  • Diligent customer followup & follow through
  • Ongoing commitment to sales goals
  • CradletoGrave Sales (39month sales cycle)
  • Ensure that our customers’ needs and their expectations are clearly communicated and accurately documented on a written proposal and keep track of these
  • Develop a close working relationship with the Office Manager Production Manager and the Job Site Supervisor to ensure all expectations set forth on the written proposal are met
  • Meet with customers in person to perform estimates and gather information about their needs pertaining to the execution of the project
  • Win sales commitments with new customers in a competitive market
  • Grow revenue from existing accounts and relationships
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record and insurance
  • B2B commercial sales experience (preferred)
  • TrackRecord as a Top Performer (preferred)
  • Goal oriented organized and energetic
  • Excited about performancebased pay
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong computer and internet skills
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build lasting relationships
  • Patience and perseverance to pursue the longterm sales cycle
