The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating a range of activities including Sunday morning programming evening youth programs summer mission trips and camps and special community events. Essential to this role is the ability to recruit train and support volunteers effectively.Qualifications: Have a thoughtful and imaginative approach to scriptural exploration along with experience in ageappropriate spiritual development. A genuine passion for spreading the message of Jesus love is key. This person must have a progressive theology while also understanding how to articulate it for both youth and children.
