Manufacturing Engineer Lead

Tasks

• Manage a team (currently 1 Technician) of ElectroMechanical Technicians
• Responsible for overseeing the production processes ensuring high quality and safety standards
• Ensure the overall reactive and preventive maintenance schedules and practices.
• Play a key role onsite with golive of customer specific projects and/or Proof of Concepts
• Liaise with delivery teams at customer locations to provide technical problem solving and firstlevel support
• Manage master data of all technical aspects.
• Develop and document production processes procedures
• Liaise with Chief Technology Officer regarding any issues with production specifications and golive projects

Requirements

• 12 years supervisory experience in assembling manufacturing industrial robots or electromechanical equipment progressive responsibility
• Bachelors degree in industrial engineering or technical field Electromechanics a plus
• Experience in writing and documenting industrial methods processes and projects
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills
• Proven Selfstarter able to work autonomously and lead a team
• Ability to work in a fastpaced startup environment
• Demonstrated commitment to quality and safety
• Fluent in English is required with good understanding in French and/or German a plus
