Our Client is looking for Customer Support Agents to join their growing department in the iGaming field. Shifts are from Monday to Friday rotating every week.

Relocation Package on offer for candidates outside of Cyprus
Tasks
- Communication with customers through live chat and emails.
- Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers.
- Acknowledge and resolve customers issues and queries.
- Keeping up to date with products terms offers and functions.
- Report and escalate advanced customer queries to the relevant departments.
- Perform firststep investigations on queries and issues.
- 3 shift based role (MondayFriday).
Requirements
- Previous experience in online customer support is a must
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English with excellent language skills.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal French and/or German and/or Dutch with excellent language skills.
- Strong communication abilities enabling effective interaction and collaboration.
- Solid computer literacy and adept typing skills.
- Ability to perform effectively within a multitasking work environment.
