Aufgaben

Serve as the link between our Head of Operations & Expansion and the craftsman teams. As a versatile intern you will directly support the Head of Operations & Expansion in executing strategic initiatives driving business growth and assisting with daytoday operations project management and strategic planning.

• Assist in managing highimpact special projects that align with our strategic goals and vision.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and prioritize expansion opportunities ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Help prepare presentations reports and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and suggest solutions for operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifikation

• You have previous experience in a fastpaced startup / scaleup environment consulting IB or VC role
• You come with strong analytical and problemsolving skills as well as a proactive mindset
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English with the ability to convey complex ideas concisely
• You thrive in a dynamic rapidly changing environment and are a selfstarter with a high sense of ownership strong work ethic entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently
• You are passionate about contributing to our goal of energyefficient buildings and a sustainable future
