Telesales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking for a talented and detailedoriented individual to join our team as a Telesales Executive. You will be responsible for upselling our products and services to potential customers. You will also be responsible for calling the customers and answering all their questions related to different products of the company.

Responsibilities

• Understanding the products and services offered by the company.
• Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same.

• Ensuring the customers are satisfied by the services provided to them.
• Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.

• Providing an excellent customer service to the customers.
• Answering to customers questions in regards to products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in any field or High school diploma.
• 6 months to 3 years of work experience as a Telesales Executive Telesales Representative or a related job position in the Sales department.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.

• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
