Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support the management of our businesses ecommerce stores and various platforms. The ideal candidate will assist with daily tasks including screening leads managing emails posting on social media and engaging with our online community. This role requires excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Management: Monitor sort and respond to emails promptly ensuring all inquiries are addressed professionally.
  • Lead Screening: Review and qualify incoming leads scheduling followup actions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Social Media Management: Create schedule and post content across social media platforms. Respond to comments messages and engage with the online community.
  • Ecommerce Support: Assist with managing product listings updating inventory processing orders and handling customer service inquiries for our ecommerce stores.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties such as data entry scheduling appointments organizing files and preparing reports.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact between the management team clients and other stakeholders ensuring smooth and efficient communication.
  • Content Creation: Assist in creating content for newsletters blog posts and marketing materials.
  • Project Assistance: Support special projects and initiatives as needed contributing to the overall success of the business.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills excellent organizational and time management abilities proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace and familiarity with social media platforms and ecommerce tools.
  • Attributes: Selfmotivated proactive able to work independently and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus.
