Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a NPORS Certified Trainer at Al Mashreq Training. The NPORS Certified Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training programs, providing instruction and support to trainees, and evaluating trainees' performance. The role will be based in Riffa, Kingdom of Bahrain.

Qualifications

• NPORS Certified Trainer qualification
• Experience in conducting training sessions
• Ability to develop training programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques
• Ability to assess trainees' performance and provide feedback
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience in the training industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
