Key Responsibilities:
Source screen and select top talent for various IT positions
Utilize job boards social media and professional networks to attract candidates
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and preferences
Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
Requirements:
1 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field
Strong understanding of IT industry trends and job requirements
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
Proficiency in ATS software job boards and social media platforms
Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or a related field
Nice to Have:
Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment metrics
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Certification in recruitment or HR (e.g. AIRS PHR)
