is seeking two experienced ServiceNow SecOps Architects specializing in IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) modules. As a ServiceNow SecOps Architect you will play a crucial role in designing implementing and maintaining security operations solutions within the ServiceNow platform focusing on IRM and GRC functionalities. Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to IRM and GRC requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure ServiceNow applications workflows and integrations to support security operations.
- Provide expertise in implementing security incident response vulnerability response and compliance monitoring processes.
- Customize ServiceNow modules to automate and streamline security operations workflows.
- Conduct system testing and validation procedures to ensure ServiceNow configurations meet security and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT security and compliance to deliver integrated solutions.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow platform upgrades and new features incorporating them into the existing architecture as applicable.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 10 years of experience in IT security with significant exposure to ServiceNow platform implementations.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow SecOps Architect specializing in IRM and GRC modules.
- Indepth knowledge of ServiceNow Security Incident Response Vulnerability Response and Governance Risk and Compliance modules.
- Strong understanding of IT security frameworks and best practices (e.g. ISO 27001 NIST Cybersecurity Framework).
- Handson experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification preferred.
- Experience in a remote work environment and ability to work effectively in a distributed team setup.
