Job Description

Overview:

The Business Development Executive (Field Sales) plays a crucial role in driving the growth of the organization by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. This role is pivotal in expanding the company s customer base and achieving sales targets through effective field sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets through proactive sales activities.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies.
  • Attending industry events to network and generate leads.
  • Preparing sales reports and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitors.
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Traveling to meet clients and attend meetings as required.
  • Collaborating with the internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Contributing to the development of sales collateral and promotional materials.
  • Managing a pipeline of leads and sales opportunities.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in field sales business development or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Keen understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fastpaced sales environment.
  • Valid driver s license and willingness to travel extensively.
