Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients within the assigned area focusing on real estate industry.
Initiate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within target organizations.
Onboard new agents and build a strong network.
Pitch product & services and generate business through meetings and cold calling.
Present and demonstrate technology solutions to prospects. Negotiate pricing terms and
contracts with clients.
Provide ongoing support to clients maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of sales activities using CRM software. Stay informed about industry
trends and competitor activities. Meet or exceed company sales targets.
Skills
Sales experience in the SAAS background IT Technology or Real estate sectors. Prior
experience in sales.
Client Relationship Client Acquisition Lead generation cold calling. Candidate needs to be
from Delhi/NCR.
Experience in B2C sales Proptech or Ecommerce. Customercentric mindset and strong
communication skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Experience in Field sales would be an added advantage.
