- Collaborate with the inhouse sales team to support business operations in both the US and India.
- Drive business diversification efforts beyond the mortgage sector leveraging extensive experience across multiple industries.
- Build and lead a robust sales team while maintaining a strong understanding of operational processes.
- Focus on business development to secure new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
- Engage with clients and cofounders on a daily basis to align business strategies and ensure seamless communication.
- Oversee transitions presales and sales activities providing strategic direction and handson support as needed.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients stakeholders and team members.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 years of sales experience with a proven track record in multiple sectors and domains.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to form and manage highperforming sales teams.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies with handson expertise in transitions presales and sales.
- Background in various industries particularly Healthcare BFSI and Telecom is highly desirable.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in global sales with a preference for candidates who have worked across multiple domains.
- Indepth understanding of business development and client relationship management.
- The candidate s expertise should extend beyond the US mortgage domain to ensure a broad perspective and versatility.
