Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and planning for SaaS product development and implementation
• Collaborate with product managers and development teams to define SaaS product requirements
• Oversee the design development and deployment of SaaS applications
• Ensure the scalability security and performance of SaaS solutions
• Provide technical expertise and support for SaaS products
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to SaaS
• Manage SaaS product lifecycle including updates and enhancements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Support sales and marketing efforts with technical expertise and customer feedback
• Collaborate with customer support teams to address SaaS product issues and enhancements
• Contribute to the development of training materials for SaaS products
• Participate in client meetings and presentations as a subject matter expert
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of SaaS development processes and methodologies
• Participate in crossfunctional initiatives and projects as required

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in SaaS product development and management
• Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and technologies
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Solid customer service orientation and experience
• Project management experience with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a team and crossfunctional environment
• Strong leadership and decisionmaking abilities
• Proven track record of delivering successful SaaS solutions
• Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices
• Experience in software quality assurance and testing
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and thirdparty integrations
• Relevant certifications in SaaS project management or related fields
