Position: RN Emergency Room

Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights 12

Shift Notes: 12 hr nights 36 hours GTD Not considering 48 hours at this time.

Weekend Requirements: Weekend schedule to be determined by facility

OnCall Requirements: No Call

Hospital Benefit: They have an inhouse Nurse Practitioner in the Health Department who sees only employees and their dependents.

• 16 hours unbillable
• 1.25 multiplier for OT
• The client is allowed to cancel 4 shifts per 13 weeks

Within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing applies the nursing process to the care of patients. Teaches patients and significant others. Documents patient care in the medical record. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to effectively coordinate the overall care of the patient.

• Recent (in the past 2 years) acute care hospital experience REQUIRED
• 2 years experience of emergency department experience REQUIRED
