Job Description

We are now looking for our new Head of MarTech a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CMO. In this key position you will lead a team of experts in the strategic development of our digital marketing programs. Utilizing datadriven insights you will optimize the customer journey and scale our marketing technology to support our continued growth. Your leadership will ensure we deliver exceptional value to our customers and maintain our competitive edge in the telematics industry.

Objectives for the position:

  • Optimize theMarTech stack; ensure the MarTech stack is optimized for efficiency flexibility andscale by integrating the best tools and platforms that drive marketing performance. Providestrategic direction for the integration of marketing technology products with other technologiesand platforms.
  • Technology Roadmap: Develop a roadmap that outlines the planned evolution of the MarTechstack including upcoming implementations upgrades and deprecations.
  • Drive process automation: implement marketing automation solutions to streamlineworkflows reduce manual tasks and increase ROI.
  • Enable datadriven decision making; leverage data analytics to help the organization makeinformed decisions improve targeting and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Data quality & compliance: Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity to ensureaccurate and actionable insights. Ensure we comply with relevant data privacy and securityregulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Enhance customer experience: optimize customer experiences by using MarTech tools todeliver personalized and relevant content at every touchpoint.
  • Customer journey optimization: map and optimize the customer journey to improveengagement satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Lead management: implement and optimize lead scoring nurturing and handoff processes toimprove conversion rates and sales efficiency.
  • Influence ABAX customer lifecycle experiences within ABAX products (mobile apps and webapps) from signed contract working closely with product teams.
  • Process & workflow documentation: Document and implement key MarTech processes andworkflows ensuring clarity and consistency.


Some of the things you will be responsible for:

  • Provide strategic direction leadership and solution development across technologies &programs including analytics automation and customer data platforms (ex: Hubspot SuperOffice Backstage dato.cms etc).
  • Set department OKRs and key KPIs and track performance against goals.
  • Manage and develop the MarTech team to work against objectives removing roadblocks problem solving and tracking progress.
  • Drive the implementations and deployments of new martech tools & features across the valuechain collaborating crossfunctionally.
  • Define and implement ways of working for the MarTech team to achieve objectives.
  • Ensure the marketing toolbox (email and CMS templates graphical assets and tools) aredeveloped and made available for the rest of the marketing teams.

        • A relevant University Degree and >10 years relevant work experience
        • B2B MarTech expertise preferably from the technology/software space
