Junior Team lead - Leadership Program

InQompass on behalf of its customer is seeking a Junior Team Lead. As a Junior Team Lead you will be working closely with the Director of Operations and play a vital role in ensuring team efficiency and fulfillment aligning individual capabilities with the companys growth objectives.

Tasks

• As Junior Team lead you will learn to lead a small team of professionals to achieve product related goals and deadlines freeing more time for the DOO (Director of Operations) to focus on more strategical aspects.
• You will coordinate with your team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Learn to provide constructive feedback to foster personal and professional growth
• Assist in the recruitment process across six European countries to find suitable candidates
• Ensure that team members are aligned with company objectives and fulfilled in their roles (probably one of the most important aspect).

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a CSM AM Sales or Technical Support team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the belief in yourself that your have the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• A proficiency in project management tools and HR software is a plus but not mandatory.
• You must be able to demonstrate problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to leadership.
