What will you do on your journey with WebBeds

WebBeds is the worlds fastest growing provider of accommodation distribution services to the travel industry. Our products incorporate distribution APIs payment integrations ERP integration Data Lakes User Interfaces and others. Our search API reach peaks of more than 50.000 requests per second each one consisting of tens or hundreds of hotels with continued expansion.

Our teams consist of product owners QA engineers Software Engineers and people from across the business all working collectively and collaboratively. How will you make an impact

Were looking for a talented Product Owner with a strong background in technical analysis to help drive the strategy planning delivery marketing and inlife optimization of the products within their portfolio. The Product Owner is responsible for understanding the needs of the customer identifying the biggest problems and opportunities and determining the outcomes required to deliver value. By providing leadership and shaping the product vision the Product Owner ensures the products support WebBeds
strategy and goals.

This role involves working closely with the Product Team to make key decisions on priorities aligning users stakeholders and delivery teams at each stage of the product lifecycle. Additionally the Product Owner collaborates with Product Leadership Senior Product Managers and other Product Owners to align product strategy with organizational goals and strategic intents.

Key elements to the role include:

• In collaboration with the Product manager understand the needs of the customer and identify the biggest problems and opportunities.
• Ensure product delivery is aligned with the product vision WebBeds strategy and goals.
• Perform technical analysis and translate findings into actionable insights and requirements informed by solid productcentered decision making.
• Independently identify opportunities to use data analysis to gain insights to support product decisions.
• Work closely with the Product Team to make key decisions on priorities.
• Align users stakeholders and delivery teams at each stage of the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Leadership Senior Product Managers and other Product Owners to align product strategy.
• Competently challenge stakeholder objectives to distinguish between wants and needs and establish business value.
• Represent the voice of the customer in collaboration with the delivery team.
• Actively participate in team meetings and ceremonies to ensure progress meets business needs.
• Define what success looks like in terms of measurable outcomes.
• Own the product lifecycle converting customer feedback into requirements.
• Drive prioritization and execution pre and postlaunch to foster strong adoption of products.
• Define and measure progress and value towards goals.

The skills we would love to see in your suitcase!

• 2 years experience working as a Product Owner.
• Proven ability to define and shape product vision and strategy.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong technical analysis skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong data analytic skills and the ability to use data to support and drive decisions.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal English).
• Time management and multitasking abilities.
• Problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to continually learn agile best practices and understand the latest enabling technology.
• Familiarity with technical tools and methodologies used in product development and analysis.
