Location: Pittsburgh PA 15212
Pay Rate: $17.00$22.00 per hour (W2)
Job duration: 4 months contracttohire
Work authorization: US Citizen
Experience required: 13 years

Job involves high volume call center work
Requires both inbound and outbound calling experience in a fastpaced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed
Excellent customer service skills required
The role demands a detailoriented person
Ability to work and multitask in a fastpaced environment
Ability to use general office equipment
Proficiency in using a personal computer and jobrelated software
Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel at an intermediate level is a plus
Experience with MS Outlook is beneficial.
