Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of tractor trailer experience
• Experience must include hauling pork and drop & hook operations

Job Details:

• Percentage of Drop and Hook: 65%
• Percentage of No Touch: 99%
• Percentage of HazMat Loads: Less than 5%

Compensation:

• Pay Scale (Solo): $0.62 per mile (includes $0.10 per mile per diem)
• Weekly Guarantee: $1250
• Average Miles per Week: 2087
• Top 50% Average Miles per Week: 2697
• Average Gross Pay per Week: $1550
• Top 50% Average Gross Pay per Week: $1740
• Pay Frequency: Weekly

Primary Running Areas:

• East of I35 (nonforced to NYC expect to run all 48 states)

Home Time / Days Out:

• 2 weeks out
• 1 day home for every week out
• Up to 3 weeks out

Driver Vacation Information:

• 1 week of vacation in the first year
• 2 weeks of vacation in the second year
• Vacation Pay Calculation: Based on 52week average

Requirements:

• Minimum Age: 23
• Minimum Experience: 2 years OTR in the last 3 years (tractor trailer only; local regional or OTR acceptable preference for OTR experience with a sleeper)
• Moving Violations:
  • No more than 2 in the past 12 months
  • No more than 4 in the past 3 years
  • No serious moving violations in the past 3 years
