Shift Notes: 5x8s; 11p7a: 30 min meal breaks deducted each shift; 40 hrs scheduled 37.5 hrs guaranteed

Weekend Requirements: Rotation usually 1 weekend per month off

OnCall Requirements: No Call

Timekeeping: reverse invoicing

Overtime: billed at straight time (hourly rate)

ALL hours billable including orientation

** Please note there is no public transportation. All travelers must have their vehicle or a rental

** Client reserves the option to charge the agency for failure to notify attendance discrepancies within 2 hours for the AM start of shift and 3 hours for the PM start of shift. Notice of shift cancellation given lesser than the amounts stated are subject to a full refund of shift No Call No Shows are subject to a full refund of shift.

** In addition; late arrival of 30 minutes of shift lesser than the amounts stated can carry a 2 hour refund.

** Any arrival of 1 or more hours late to a shift is considered a noarrival.

** They need to punch in and they can punch in UP TO 7 minutes early but they can not punch after the fact or they will be tardy. Also they can punch out up to 7 minutes after the end of their shift but at 8 minutes it is considered overtime and we do not permit overtime for travelers.

** Client is subject to cancel said shifts for any contractor that is 15 minutes late for their shift at no cost. These measures are at the discretion of the client.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant you will better the lives of others by assisting our guests with daily ADLs. This includes showers shaving brushing teeth hair care and nail care.

• 3 years of experience
• Travel contract experience
• Must be able to ambulate and transfer residents utilizing appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics.
• MUST have own vehicle or rental. Please note there is no public transportation.
