Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days 6:30 AM 5:00 PM 10

Shift Notes: 40 Hour Guarantee // Designated late shift 12 times per month

Weekend Requirements: part of shift

OnCall Requirements: 34 calls per month. Holiday required if falls within contract dates.

Traveler Policy: Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates). Applicants within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible. Applicants who were direct employees within the last 2 years are not eligible.

• Nonbillable Hours: 16 hours
• OT/Holiday Markups: 1.25x Regular Rate

Operating Room Nurses are responsible for performing at a competent level of nursing practice and according to the standards of practice for the area. Performs patient care and service through a multidisciplinary team approach. Functions to maintain an environment of caring and concern for patients and staff members according to principles of patientfocused care and customer service.

• 2 years of OR Experience Required
• Ortho Proficiency Required
• Neuro & Vascular Proficiency Required
• IL RN License Required
• BLS (AHA) & ACLS (AHA) Required
