Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the analysis of financial statements and business models to evaluate potential transactions.
- Support the team in conducting market research and industry analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Participate in the preparation of presentations and reports for client meetings and internal strategy sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for transaction due diligence.
- Help in the coordination of transaction documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
