Quality Assurance Manager

Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field.
Professional certificates: It is preferable to have accredited certificates in quality management, such as the ASQ (American Society for Quality) certificate or other recognized certificates.
Technical Skills: Experience applying quality management tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO standards.
Personal skills: Excellent leadership skills, ability to communicate and deal with work teams, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
Technical Knowledge: A deep understanding of quality assurance concepts, verification and review procedures, and the ability to implement and improve quality management systems.
