Claims Contract Director

We are excited to announce that our client into Construction in KSA is hiring for Claims Contract Director based in Riyadh!

Education:
Bachelors degree in construction management Engineering Law or a related field.
Advanced degree (Masters) preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 1015 years of experience in construction claims management contract administration or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving complex construction claims.
Experience in construction project management estimating or engineering is a plus.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of construction contracts laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to interpret and apply contractual provisions industry standards and legal precedents.
Strong leadership and management skills with ability to direct and mentor a team of claims professionals.
Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and claims management software.

Certifications/Licenses:

Certified Construction Lawyer (CCL) or similar certification preferred.
Professional Engineer (PE) or other relevant license a plus.

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
