Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customeroriented SpanishSpeaking Customer Advisor to join our onsite team in Lisbon. In this role you will serve as the primary support for our Spanishspeaking users assisting them in navigating our platform addressing their questions and ensuring a seamless user experience. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanishspeaking users through email chat and phone.
  • Assist users with account setup troubleshooting and understanding platform features.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to user inquiries resolving issues efficiently.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep uptodate with platform updates policies and procedures to provide accurate information.
  • Contribute to team goals by actively participating in meetings and training sessions.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards users.
  • Identify and report trends in user feedback to enhance the overall user experience.

Requirements:

  • Native or nearnative fluency in Spanish.
  • Proficiency in English for internal communications and training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and a passion for the industry.
  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
