Job Title: UX ARCHITECT

Location: PHOENIXAZ (onsite)

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design information architecture and interaction design. The UX Architect will be responsible for leading the design and development of intuitive usercentered interfaces and experiences across various digital platforms. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking creative problemsolving and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Research & Analysis:
   • Conduct user research usability testing and analysis to understand user needs and behaviors.
   • Create detailed user personas journey maps and scenarios to guide design processes.
2. Information Architecture:
   • Develop and maintain the information architecture of our digital products.
   • Create site maps wireframes and prototypes to illustrate structure and design concepts.
3. Interaction Design:
   • Design and specify user interfaces and interactions that enhance user experience.
   • Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and platforms.
4. Collaboration & Communication:
   • Work closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and user experience standards.
   • Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to team members and stakeholders.
5. Usability Testing:
   • Plan conduct and analyze usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
   • Identify and resolve usability issues through continuous testing and user feedback.
6. Design Systems & Standards:
   • Develop and maintain design systems style guides and UX standards to ensure consistency across all digital products.
   • Advocate for best practices in UX design and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in UX Design HumanComputer Interaction Information Architecture or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
• 5 years of experience in UX design information architecture and interaction design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD Axure or similar.
• Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience in designing for mobile and responsive web applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects.
