TN - RN Endo Also function as circulator and tech - Days On Call

Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has openings for an RN Endoscopy Operating Room / Circulate. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Kingsport TN 37660

Assignment Start Date: 7/14/2024

13 weeks Days 10hour shift 40 hours with 36 hours/week guaranteed

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Must have 3 years of progressively responsible RN experience;
• Must be willing to also function as Circulator & OR technologist

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• Current valid TN State RN licensure is required
• BLS/BCLS certificate required

EMR System: EPIC experience desired

Shift: Days 06:30 am 05:00 pm (4x10 hours) plus on call.

Additional Shift information: The hospital can cancel/call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the employed 36/36 or 36/48 schedule (use whichever is appropriate for the employment agreement) if there is a decrease in the census. Additional shifts picked up above the work commitment as additional overtime shifts will be flexed as needed for hospital census decrease/decreased resource need without penalty.

Orientation: 16 hours of nonbillable orientation are required. General orientation will begin on Sundays. Sunday will be online CBLs. Must complete the compliance documents by the deadline.

Traveler Policy: Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education as we prepare future nurses for the profession. The clinical nursing student education responsibility is expected in addition to/alongside the provision of clinical care practice in every nursing specialty
