Job Description
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company objectives and targets in the EPC sector.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities market trends and potential clients.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies private sector clients and industry partners.
Proposal Management: Oversee the preparation and submission of competitive bids and proposals for EPC contracts ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.
Team Leadership: Lead mentor and manage the business development team to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as Engineering Procurement and Construction to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
