Sales and Business
Development
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products or
services their features and benefits.
Monitor and study the HoReCa (Hotels Restaurants and
Catering) market closely identify new leads and approach
them proactively through various channels including cold
calling networking and referrals.
Conduct thorough research on prospects and their businesses
to understand their requirements and business.
Present promote and demonstrate our products to
prospective clients with the aim of closing sales.
Actively follow up on leads and inquiries nurturing
relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Stay uptodate with industry trends market conditions and
competitor offerings.
Relationship Building Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Primary &
Secondary customers including distributors.
Handle customer inquiries complaints and issues promptly
and professionally.
Address customer concerns and resolve any issues in a timely
manner.
