Job Description
Job Title: Data Lead Analyst (Data Intelligence Analyst Data Ld)
Client: Health Care Industry
Duration: 1 year contract possible extension
Location: Reston VA 20191 (District of ColumbiaViginia and Maryland (DMV) Candidates only (100% remote))
Job Description:
Purpose:
- Derive meaning from data to inform business decisions.
Essential Functions:
- 25%: Data exploration using various programming languages.
- 15%: Collect analyze interpret data and develop recommendations.
- 15%: Support and resolve data questions and issues.
- 15%: Research and analyze data flow across platforms.
- 10%: Manage requirements collection and produce technical documentation.
- 10%: Lead data design development validation and delivery.
- 10%: Mentor team members.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors in Data Science Mathematics Computer Science Statistics Business or related field (or 4 extra years of relevant experience).
- Experience: 8 years in an analytical/quantitative role.
Preferred:
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Handson with Big Data/NoSQL platforms delivering production projects at scale.
- Strong project management skills.
KSAs:
- Expert in quantitative analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Expert in analytical tools languages applications and platforms.
- Expert in written and verbal communication.
- Quick learner with ability to take direction.
- Experience with AI/ML projects/products.
- Knowledge of AWS ecosystem and tools.
