Scope of the Role
The customer success specialist will ensure customer satisfaction and success by providing comprehensive support and guidance throughout their journey with the company’s products or services. This includes onboarding new customers managing ongoing support facilitating account configuration conducting data review and manipulation and maintaining effective communication.
