Net Developer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle focusing on coding and debugging
• Write clean scalable code using .NET programming languages
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
• Revise update refactor and debug code
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Deploy fully functional applications
• Troubleshoot debug and upgrade software
• Build and maintain databases
• Ensuring crossplatform optimization for mobile phones tablets and desktops
• Develop technical interfaces specifications and architecture
• Work with business users to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Stay up to date with new trends and best practices in the industry
• Mentor and support junior developers
• Conduct software analysis programming testing and debugging
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer
• Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. ModelViewController (MVC))
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of objectoriented programming
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work within a team and independently
• Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#)
• Experience with frontend technologies (e.g. HTML JavaScript CSS)
• Experience with software design and development in a testdriven environment
• Understanding of debugging and performance tuning
• Familiarity with continuous integration
• Ability to document requirements and specifications
• Experience with web services development such as WCF and WebAPI
• Good knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) SQL and ORM technologies
