Overview:
The .Net Lead Developer plays a crucial role in leading a team of .Net developers in the design development and implementation of software solutions using the Microsoft .Net framework. This position is integral to ensuring the successful delivery of highquality and efficient software applications that meet the needs of the organization and its clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of .Net developers in the analysis design and development of software applications using C# and ASP.NET.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and understand requirements for software development projects.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices in software development code reviews and adherence to coding standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers ensuring the overall growth and skill development of the team.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in architectural and design discussions to ensure solutions are scalable maintainable and aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct performance analysis and optimization of software applications to ensure high performance and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in software development and integrate them into the team s workflow.
- Participate in the full software development life cycle including requirement analysis design testing and deployment.
- Identify and address technical debt and areas for improvement in existing systems and processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of handson experience in software development using C# and the .Net framework.
- Proven experience in leading a team of developers in software design and implementation.
- Expertise in ASP.NET MVC and web application development.
- Strong proficiency in SQL database design and development.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as JavaScript HTML and CSS.
- Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or TFS.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a keen focus on delivering quality solutions within project timelines.
