Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage continuous delivery systems and methodologies using tools like Jenkins Git and Docker.
• Design implement and maintain automated deployment scripts.
• Manage monitor and scale infrastructure to support highperformance and secure applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to create efficient supportable infrastructure.
• Monitor and optimize system performance reliability and availability.
• Implement and improve monitoring and alerting solutions.
• Proactively plan for and minimize service outages through capacity planning and infrastructure improvements.
• Implement security best practices through tools and processes.
• Participate in oncall support and incident response as needed.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of our cloud and onpremises infrastructure.
• Continuously improve the efficiency and reliability of our build deploy and test pipeline.
• Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Document best practices and operational procedures.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
• Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and tools.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or equivalent softwareengineering role.
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Expertise in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Advanced knowledge of Linuxbased systems and commandline tools.
• Scripting skills in languages such as Python Ruby or Bash.
• Experience with cloud providers (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) and their services.
• Strong understanding of networking security and infrastructure best practices.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus Grafana or ELK stack.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize build and deployment processes.
• Solid understanding of agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
