Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions within Salesforce platform using Apex Visualforce and Lightning components.
• Implement and integrate thirdparty apps and APIs as needed for Salesforce customization.
• Create and manage complex workflow rules data validations and triggers to automate business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for custom development.
• Perform code reviews testing and debugging to ensure high quality and scalable solutions.
• Optimize Salesforce features and functionality to enhance user experience and productivity.
• Manage data migration and integration processes between Salesforce and external systems.
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations customizations and integrations.
• Provide technical support and expertise to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and leverage new features to drive continuous improvements.
• Participate in deployment activities and ensure smooth transition of changes to production environment.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align Salesforce solutions with overall business strategies.
• Contribute to best practices standards and guidelines for Salesforce development.
• Train and mentor junior developers or new team members on Salesforce best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications.
• Proven experience in Salesforce development customization and integration.
• Strong proficiency in Apex Visualforce Lightning Components SOQL and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration including workflows validation rules and security controls.
• Handson experience with Salesforce data management using Data Loader Data Import Wizard or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and design patterns for scalability and maintainability.
• Experience in implementing and integrating thirdparty applications and APIs within Salesforce.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues in Salesforce environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodology.
• Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes for Salesforce.
• Ability to multitask prioritize and manage work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
• Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and evolving Salesforce capabilities.
