Job Description

Overview

The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for the organization. They are responsible for identifying potential customers understanding their needs and offering solutions to meet those needs. The Sales Executive will build and maintain relationships with clients provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets. They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers to achieve sales targets
  • Understand customer needs and offer product or service solutions
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve company objectives
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate new business opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue targets
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
  • Participate in trade shows conferences and other marketing events to promote products
  • Report on sales activities and outcomes to management
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular client visits to maintain relationships and drive repeat business

Required qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Sound knowledge of market trends and competition
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required
