Key Responsibilities:
- Create City sales plans and scale business in alignment with business objectives
- Support the state with daytoday operation
- Evaluate Brand and individual performances
- Report on sales results progress
- Forecast quarterly and annual growth plans
- Identify hiring needs select and train new salespeople
- Prepare monitor and review the annual operating plan for the area of responsibility
- Analyze market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase partner satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in relevant field
- Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
- Understanding of City operations
- Ability to lead and motivate a highperformance sales team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a problemsolving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
- Graduate PG in Business Administration or relevant field will be advantage
